We are a new Australian startup company established in 2015.
The two founding directors have extensive business and technical experience in the Banking Industry.
We have contracts to support our Asset Finance system, Web-based Teller system and stand-alone Account Restructuring application in 17 countries.
Our Skills
We have a diverse skills set and are equally at home working on large IBM Mainframes as we are on Client Server and Web applications.
Our competencies include Cobol, CICS, SNA, TCP-IP, C++, C#, Entity Framework, MVC, WPF, MVVM, Web Services, DB2, SQL and Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
We are particularly proud of the depth of our banking business knowledge and its practical application in the business.

ASSET BASED FINANCE
History
We have been working with Vehicle and Asset Finance since the 1970’s both operationally in the business and the systems area.
We took the decision to redevelop our asset finance system and to include the 'learnings' acquired over these years.
We have hands-on understanding of the business in all its facets from application origination through credit assessment, calculations, document creation, supplier pay-out, account administration, arrear management, account restructuring, termination procedures and various agreement types.
Key Design Issues
Our system allows you to see a client’s total exposure together with relationships such as family, shareholding, directorships and contingent liabilities in respect of guarantees.
The account entity has been designed in such a way that it is possible to create account types by assembling self-contained classes.
These classes govern the accounts behaviour such as instalment calculation methods, up-front tax capitalisation or tax on rentals, earnings policies and frequency as well as termination procedures.
Given the rapidly changing IT environment there is complete separation between the user interface, data-base and business classes which provides flexibility in using our classes or services with existing systems.
Business Functionality
We are well versed in the often underestimated and difficult areas of instalment based systems.
We have classes that can perform complex structured payment plan calculations together with their amortisations.
We support NACM, APR, 360 day year and rule of 78 calculations together with their underlying income earnings taking into account bad-debt write-offs and profits on settlement.
Account restructuring for arrear respreads, capital additions and base rate changes are well catered for.
Technology
The system is web based using Microsoft® technologies such as Entity Framework, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS and related tools. We also use Infragistics® controls and the UI makes use of Bootstrap.
We hold Salesforce certification and intend to integrate into their CRM platform as we believe CRM's will play a larger part in future systems.
PRODUCTS
Our current Asset Finance System is being replaced after 25 years of service.
By redeveloping the system we leave behind the limiting restrictions of trying to adapt old technologies and data handling to modern-day tools and rapidly changing business and technical environments.
This system deals with all aspects of asset based lending from account inception to termination.
Loan Restructures
This is a stand-alone sub system which may be integrated with existing systems. It supports all types of changes to agreement terms.

Ad-Hoc Consulting
Asset Based Finance is complex and you may prefer to build on our experience rather than develop your own system.
We can provide classes and services you may find useful to plug into your systems to solve specific problems such as account restructuring, base lending rate changes, payment plan calculations and related issues.
Application Development
We undertake system development on a time and materials basis until a project has been scoped.
We then prefer to work on a fixed cost basis as this way you have a budget figure and we know what is to be delivered in what time frames.
Maintenance & Support
Whether we have developed applications with you or you use our software we can enter into an annual maintenance and support contract.
This is normally 3rd level support with 1st level support being your business system experts and 2nd level support being your technical experts.
